My husband and I registered at Macy's, and his aunt gave us 3 sets of our china, intending to use the buy 3, get 1 promotion. She bought it on Oct. 4. They didn't send the 'free' set, and now they allege that they have no record of the promotion. Your blog has already been so helpful in helping us 'prove' that they ran it (can you believe they can't look this up?!), but do you have any records of the dates the 'buy 3, get 1' promotion ran by chance? I see the dates through Oct. 4 for the $25 rebate, but would you have any record that the china deal coincided with this? Your blog is the only place I've found online with this information, as the emails they sent me about the promotion just contained links that don't work anymore. Thank you!
