This centralized group should understand both sides of NERC compliance—regulatory and operational—and coordination between the centralized group and the operating business units is vital.

Thanks again for your entries! All of you shared awesome stories. This made it twice as hard to decide, so we let random.org do the work. And the winner is...Tony Gallizzi from Feats of Fatherhood. Tony I will contact you shortly. However, if do not get your response within 48 hours, another person will slide into your place to claim the prize.

Thanks again you all for participation. Please keep in touch.

I was freaked out about potty training my 3 year old son but it went much better than I thought. Until we left the house. We were out at the store and I was thinking how great it was not to have to carry diapers around any more when I looked down at him and he was peeing in the middle of the isle at the store. There I was with no diaper bag or change of clothes and my son standing in a HUGE pee pool. Live and learn and I should have put him in Pull Ups.

My poor son Seth has struggled with potty training for a year now. He's terrified of pooping in the potty! So suffice it to say, his thoughts are turned towards this predicament, and he likes to share his predicament with strangers:

Ok, so Seth is at the stage where he likes to tell every detail of his life, no matter how incriminating, to anyone! This usually leaves me with my face in my hands and a long explanation to a stranger. For example, at the science center:

A mom was sitting watching her children play in the large play-rugged-area and happens to compliment Seth's frog boots (which are pretty sweet I must say) as we walk in.

Seth smiles, "My poop is too big for my diapers."

"What!?!" I'm thinking to myself. Where's the connection, where's the train of thought. Frog boots, poop, I don't see it. So needless to say, much embarrassment and a bewildered stranger. She was very kind; and gave me a lot of potty training tips that I had already heard before.

The link above relates another joyous story of potty training.

I have a comical one that would embarrass my daughter. She was a clever one. I had her in training pants and we had a sandbox for her outside the kitchen window so I could watch her. We also had a dog named Tico. While I was doing dishes I watched her remove her training pants shake out the bowel movement and then redress. She came inside and with big eyes said " Tico bad boy. He potty in box" Pretty smart even then huh? She's a lawyer today.

Thanks for having the wonderful giveaway
